What is the lead time for my order?
All in-stock items will ship within 24-36 hours. All special or custom imprinted items will ship in 2-4 weeks.
What is Muncie Novelty’s return policy?
All custom imprinted items are non-returnable. All stock items can be returned by the customer within 3 months of the purchase date. Please call us for return authorization information.
What are my payment options?
All custom imprinted items must be paid for in advance with either a credit card (all major) or a check. All stock items can be shipped COD, check in advance, or credit card. You may obtain net terms by filling out a credit application (allow 2-3 weeks processing time).
Do I have to pay shipping?
Yes. All shipping charges are FOB. Shipping is determined by the weight of the shipment. Ask about how we can work together to help keep shipping costs as low as possible.
What shipping company does Muncie Novelty use?
We have connections with many carriers. We will choose the cheapest carrier based on your shipment or you may choose your preference.
