Contact your state revenue\/charitable gaming department for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the lead time for my order?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All in-stock items will ship within 24-36 hours. All special or custom imprinted items will ship in 2-4 weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is Muncie Novelty&#8217;s return policy?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All custom imprinted items are non-returnable. All stock items can be returned by the customer within 3 months of the purchase date. All stock items can be shipped COD, check in advance, or credit card. You may obtain net terms by filling out a credit application (allow 2-3 weeks processing time).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do I have to pay shipping?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes. All shipping charges are FOB. Shipping is determined by the weight of the shipment.
